  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags and packaging).

    Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item Back:
    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or colour, we’re happy to exchange your item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • For fastest service, place a new order for the correct size or color and return the original item for a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For international returns, customs fees or taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please email us the photos of the item for a swift resolution (replacement or refund).

Important Notes

  • Ensure your return package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
